This pair of similar windows has the basic design of
intersecting tracery of four lights but extra interest is achieved
by adding cusps to the tracery bars by. The result is a 'saw-blade'
effect.
The careful grading and positioning of these cusps produces
sexfoils at the tops of the lights whilst in the tracery the plain
lozenge-shaped openings are transformed into octofoils and
quatrefoils, as may be best appreciated by viewing Window No.11
from the inside.
